LCDIP

The lung cancer data integration portal (LCDIP) is a comprehensive genomics database for the study of lung cancer. LCDIP contains 72 datasets originating from 52 publications collected from genomics databases and peer-reviewed literature. The data in LCDIP is curated to common standards established by a team of oncologists, pathologists, biologists, bioinformaticians and biostatisticians according to each dataset and its publication.

Sample and clinical information (meta-data) can be searched using 41 search fields (e.g. sex, stage, histology, smoking status, survival time). Click below to start your search; Use the control or shift keys to select multiple search terms.

Gene expression search can be combined with meta-data search; Under "expression" on the search page simply specify the gene symbol(s) of interest to retrieve meta-data annotated gene-specific expression profiles.
